There are many factors, and some terrific books, classes and articles on the subject. For this cliff notes version, I’m going to simplify the concept by focusing on two primary buckets. Branding & Outreach.
One covers the look and feel, materials and assets that need to be created. The other is sharing your project and engaging with your target audience. Yes, there is some overlap between these two categories, but for the purposes of this article, let’s think of creation vs activation.
